Text Box: Another Chance 4 Horse’s (AC4H) headquarters are located in Bernville, PA. We own a small parcel of land and use it for our intensive care patients and long term rehab cases. We also raise funds to pay board and vet bills to go towards our various foster farms in PA and other neighboring states.
In addition to our many responsibilities we also act as a liaison between private parties, farmers, and local brokers and the prospective new owners. Through our Web site, AC4H provides the means for the general public
to view the horses available and viewers can then contact AC4H directly  for additional information. It is a win-win situation, but the horses win best of all!   A consignment page is also available for those who wish to advertise with our organization for a small fee that goes directly to our rescue efforts. No one from Another Chance 4 Horses volunteer is salaried and 100% of funds raised go toward horse and animal welfare.

Another Chance 4 Horses provides homes for horses, ponies, donkeys and occasionally other animals that are no longer wanted, needed, or useful to their owners. We place them in qualified homes where they will be loved and respected, thus our mission statement of  “ANOTHER CHANCE.”
Another Chance 4 Horses rescues auction horses bound for slaughter, takes custody of abandoned horses, and helps to rehabilitate neglect cases. We retrain horses for use as companions, riding and pleasure. In addition, certain horses will be used for therapeutic needs for children and adults. We offer formal programs to educate new owners about management, proper care and training. Educational clinics and demonstrations are presented to the public highlighting such important issues as veterinary care, hoof care, equine dentistry, safety, training, riding, and pasture and barn management. Ongoing conferences concerning neglect and the prevention of cruelty to all animals are continuously organized and presented to any interested individual.
Another Chance 4 Horses is a federally recognized 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation, accordingly, we give tax receipts for any donations received.
