John Spice - mini horse - pulled from a slaughter pen.  It appears as though they just whacked off the toes and rounded them after a years of neglect.  He has no frog and extremely contracted heels.    Our farrier will be using John as one of his case studies we will keep you posted as to his progress.

6/8/07 John had x-rays done which showed rotation on both front feet.  The vet, farrier and AC4H met for rehabilitation discussion.  John will start his treatments next week.... here are his corrective shoes well they will need work lol but look how tiny...
